ANSWER: Hello Again Scott:

The Breakdown/IPL brought it Back to me. You had the Part of the Carburetor and Needed The Rest. Ok Lets See what I can do for you. If I Understand You Correctly, then You Purchased the Manual Choke Carburetor (392587). This Carburetor Uses the Throttle Bracket # 399152. What Style Throttle Cable is being Used? Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

Answer
Hello Again Scott:

Contact Outdoor Distributors @1-877-707-2787 and Tell them you Require the Go-Cart/Mini Bike Throttle Bracket for the 252400 Model Engine. This Bracket is for the Purpose you are Intending to Use the Engine for. Also Ask then About a Remote Shut Off for this Engine. The Governor Should be Set Properly and then Regulate the Engine RPM with the Throttle Control Spring. The Shorter the Spring the Higher the RPM. The Governor will Prevent a Blown Engine. I Never Suggest Overriding the Governor even on a Go-Cart Unless it is Built for Racing. The the Mechanic that Builds the Engine Knows How and What to Do to Accomplish the Most Out of the Engine. Loosen the Governor Arm from the Governor Shaft. Turn the Governor Shaft Clockwise Until it Stops. There May be a Slight Push When you Reach this Point. It's Not Very Much Either. Maybe 1/2 Turn if That. Then Holding the Carburetor Full Open And Keeping the Shaft at Full Clockwise Position Lock the Arm to the Shaft. Start the Engine. If it Just Revs, then Readjust the Governor by Reversing the Rotation of the Governor Shaft. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.
