Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): electrical problem on suzuki outboard, question pool, battery check

I have just taken my battery out and recharged it, had the battery tested & tried
another battery...and now can't get ANY power to the outboard engine or the
elctricals on th boat - I've taken the terminals off, cleaned and reseated;
replaced fuses, checked the dead-man switch...still nothing. Can you advise in
simple terms how I might track the problem? Thanks

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Have you Cleaned the Connections Where the Battery Grounds to the Engine? Did you Hook the Power Supply Wire back to the Battery?
