Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): just want to know, snap on tools, small engines

john i really like to work on small engines and i was wondering what is a good multimeter that all the mechanics use and what kind of cylinder leakdown tester would you recommend buying you probably have used them all.also i want to tell you how cool this site is and i would like to tell you i appreciate everything you do.

Hows it Going. Good I Hope. No Worries. I Use a Fluke Model 77 Series III in the Shop. The Cylinder Leak down Tester Was Purchased from Snap On Tools as Were Most of the Other Special Tools.
