Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Sear 18HP mower was siezed now wont start, fly wheel, compression stroke

Question
I am afraid I was not paying attention to my oil and let it get low.  It started to act strange so I stopped it and added oil.  It seemed seized.  After taking the top off and turning the fly wheel it immediately turned.  BUT now It will not start.  I know its getting spark..what next.  It acts like its not getting a spark.  It just turns over and over fast but no firing...HELP !!  Its almost brand new.

Answer
Hello Pete:

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. Change the Flywheel Key. If the Key is Damaged it throws Off the Plug Timing. The Plug May Be Firing, Just at the Wrong Time in Relation to the Location of the Piston in the Cylinder During the Compression Stroke. As Long as No Serious Damage was Done and the Carburetor is Operating Properly, then you Should be Running in No Time. Hope this Helps. I am Here if You Require More Assistance. Let Me Know What Happens, Please. Thanks.

Good Luck
