Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Victa Motor Mower, victa lawn mower, question pool

I have a victa lawn mower which gets heated pretty bad
I did not notice it at first and found the silencer portion to be glowing red.
Please kind assist.

Sorry for the Delay. This Question was Located in the Question Pool. From your Description it Sounds like the Muffler or the Exhaust Port is Restricted with Carbon.
