Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): control springs, briggs and stratton, swivel plate

Question
Briggs and Stratton Model# 10A902  Type 2273 E1 other code:99010654
I am purchasing new springs for the controls; they are part numbers 209 and 211 (for throttle and governor, I think)  I didn't note how and where to connect them when I removed them.  Can you tell me where they go.  If I need to send a picture of the area, I'll be happy to.
Thanks!!

Answer
 Hello Stephanie:

Go to this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the B. Then Select Briggs and Stratton. Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Select the File # 10. Then Select the Folder 10A900. On Page 5 of 16; Can you Tell me which Control Bracket (222, 222A, 222B ect) is on your Engine, Please?  Spring # 209 Connects to the Loop in the Governor Link and Connects to the Control Bracket Swivel Plate. When the Throttle Cable Moves the Control Plate it Pulls the Spring and the Spring Pulls the Governor Link which Moves the Governor and the Throttle Valve inside the Carburetor. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
