Question
John,

Exact same mower, exact same problem as posted on 08/06/2006.  That individual did not take the next step and present his engine infor from the metal cover.  I however, do want to attempt to fix this on my own, therefore I am presenting you with my engine info.

Model: Lev120
Spec: 362003A                 DOM: 03139DA1173
Engine Family: 3TPXS.1951BC   Disp: 195cc

Look for with you informing me where/how to replace the Timing key.  Thanks in advance!

Answer
 Hello Chris:

No Worries. Go to this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the T. Then Select Tecumseh. Then Select Don't have Part Numbers. Then Enter the Model Numbers LEV120-362003A and Click Find It. Then Download the File for Online Viewing. This is the Breakdown/IPL I will be Using for Reference. Remove All Components Required to Remove the Metal Engine Cover(Blower Housing Breakdown/IPL #260). Then Remove Breakdown/IPL #'s 92, 93 and 285. These ar the Flywheel Nut, Belleville Washer and Starter Cup. Then Attach a Steering Wheel Puller to the Flywheel using the Threaded Holes Provided in the Flywheel. Tighten the Puller and then Hit the Puller with a Hammer. Retighten and Hit Until the Flywheel POPS Loose from the Crankshaft. Now you are at the Flywheel Key (Breakdown/IPL # 89). If you Damaged the Flywheel Key by Hitting an Object, then Check the Crankshaft and Ensure it Is Not Bent. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
