Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Lawnmower siezed up?, honda lawnmower, fresh oil

Question
I bought it used and found out that it was low on oil after starting engine.  Siezed up but I can still turn piston but not easily with cord, have to use a wrench.  Is it too late to fix with fresh oil?  Would something like slick 50 help?

 Hello Loren:

 You can Only Hope. Usually when an Engine Locks Up from Lack of Oil in the Crankcase or in the Gas with 2cycle Engines, then Engine is No Longer Any Good. You May be Lucky and the Scoring is Slight and the Compression Loss ias Minimum and the Engine will Run. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please.
