Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda GX160 rough idle?, honda gx160, gas mixture

QUESTION: I have brought my lawn seeder out of storage and cleaned the carb twice, and my Honda engine still runs with an erratic idle- Goes up and down- Any suggestions?

 Does the Carburetor have Air Mixture Screws for Setting the Air/Gas Mixture? If No, then you Either Reclean the Carburetor(Soak Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner) or Purchase a New Carburetor. QUESTION: I took the carb off again and found the gasket to the motor was ripped allowing the carb to suck in air makeing the idle jump!  I appreciate your answer to my question.
