Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B and S engine replacement, scotts lawn tractor, vertical shaft

Need to replace my engine in my lawn tractor...I have a Scotts Lawn Tractor  B and S 20 HP Intek Twin V OHV engine, Model # 406777, Type 0128 E 1.  Was told that I can not get the exact engine, was told that it would now take Model # 407777-0121 vertical shaft 1" x 3-5/32 keyed shaft, IC, Fuel pump 16 amp alt. V-Twin, ES 22 HP B&S Eng.  Help !! Is this correct?
