Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tor recycler model 20017, hardage, test plug

Question
6.5 hp. not starting. good compression. no spark at all when pull start pulled. flywheel is fine. no damage to key or shaft. new plug was removed and used test plug. no spark seen when turning engine over. slight rust on flywheel magnet and ignition coil cleaned off. still no spark. fuel good. fresh oil. stop engine cable intact and moves s/e rod to allow ignition i believe. some parts are under flywheel and not visible. any suggestions appreciated.

 Hello John:

 Remove the Shut Off Wire from the Shut Off Switch at the Engine Brake Bracket. If there is Still No Fire to the Plug, then Replace the Ignition Module/Coil.
