Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Snowblower Wont Move, friction disc, drive wheels

Question
Hello,

I have a yard machine 8HP E610E Snowblower. Sometimes the drive wheels don't have power. If I lift the rear wheels off the ground they spin, but when I set the machine down (add resistance) the machine will not move. Is this a belt issue? Is it an adjustment issue or a DIY repair?

Thanks
Dale

Then Enter the Model Numbers E610E and Click Search. All the Models Listed Show a Friction Disc Drive. This Disc May need to be Replaced. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
