Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Honda Gcv160 5.5 need timing marks, honda gcv160, gear sticks

Question
I need the timing marks or specs to the above, the belt on our log splitter has came off. Its a Huskee splitter w/Honda engine GCV160 5.5 Thank You Very Much !!!

Answer
There is an arrow on the crankshaft lobe that should line up with a mark running down the center of the engine and points towards the came lobe gear. The black cam lobe gear sticks about a 1/4 of the way out from under part of the engine block that the valve stem actuators are attached to. there are two timing marks on top of the black cam gear in the form of lines that point towards each other. These two marks line up with the edge of the block that the gear is sticking out from underneath. make sure you put the big flat washer back on top of the belt on the crankshaft after the belt goes on.
