Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawnchieftractorengine, wal marts, liquid wrench

Eric I tried every thing you said about the pully stack and the key pin inside the shaft is still in there would liquid wrench work or wd40 would you have to tap it after spraying it.i talked to u a couple days ago.

Liquid wrench would be better or PB Blaster available at most Wal-Marts.  Tapping all around the top of the pulley tube after or during soaking may help loosen it.  Are there any holes near the center of the bottom of the stack pulley?

I hate to tell you this, but I have had to replace some stack pulleys that I could not remove.
