Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecunseh 2 stroke 3 hp, exhaust port, snow blower
QuestionI have snow blower, eng. and carb full of water.Cleaned eng and carb and tank .Eng will only run if I put fuel in the choke hole . Runs for a second and then starves for fuel. What am I Missing,carb seams clean. can blow air through holes in carb. bowl fills with fuel when primed.

Did you Soak the Carburetor Overnight in Carburetor Cleaner? If Not that can Still be the Cause of your Problem. Check the Exhaust Port and Muffler for Blockage Also. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.
