Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Poulan Pro Blower PBV200, condition thanks, muffler

I also have a PBV200. It used to work great, but when I try to use it lately it seemed to operate on 1/2 choke when the lever was in the 1/2 or in the full off position.  I removed the carb and cleaned it, then put it back on.  Still the same result.  I purchased a new carb (same model) and put it on.  It still performs as if it has the same 1/2 choke like condition. Thanks in advance.

if you bought a new carb. and put it on  it still needs adjustment.  they  have limit caps  on the set screws. i do know they put limmit caps on the set screws>>  but  i  determine  that   so off they come,  and i adjust....   you may try the same....
also,   remove the muffler and clean it out. soak it in cleaner  blow out or dry out,  and replace.    try  this ,  and let me know.
