not sure what your looing for,  but  the rod which comes out of engine where governor linkage is hooked to is loosened up,  and turned counter clockwise, as carb. linkage it hooked to carb. hold carb throttle wide open, with governor shaft turned counterclockwise at same time,  tighten it up. this sets your governor once left go.
