Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro s-200, small engines, fuel delivery

Question
My toro s-200 seems to lose power and eventually die in about 5-10 min after I start it.  I suspect carb but could it be the fuel delivery.  I cleaned the carb this year but is it possible it needs a diaphragm.  Please advise.  I am fairly new to reparing small engines and any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Answer
diaphragms do dry out and become brittle > thus dont  pump fuel.  that thing viberates in the carb.  and pumps fuel to it.  also you may  check fuel filter. these at times are in fuel tank,  in fuel line,  or at carb. make sure you are using fresh fuel as well
