Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 2 stroke plastic carby, victa lawnmower, happy thanksgiving

Question
Hi John.
in relation to the other things i have told you about my old Victa lawnmower problem of it reving up and down by itself when i throttle up to mow long grass,i have since found out that the plastic carby on it is a Victa G4.How is it connected to the engine?i cant see where it is bolted on.Can it be removed without pulling half the mower apart? And can this type of caby be cleaned out easily enough? And can the carby be even pulled apart to get at the blocked jet,or is it a sealed unit.Give me a metal carby anyday. Thank you.
Barry.

Question:  Howdy John.
Once again, thanks for the quick reply to my 19/11/06 question.it sounds like i have no choice but to remove the carby to clean it out,as you said. But one thing John is i can't see how to remove it from the engine.it is a weird looking plastic one that i'm not familiar with.i have removed metal ones before.Does the whole engine have to be removed from the mower to get at it.The outside end of the carby is round and has a flat round adjusting screw that has slow, fast and idle written on it.Does this help John.Thank you.
Barry.

Answer:   Hello Barry:

Send me the Model Numbers Off the Engine, Please. With these I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL and Better Assist you. Also have you Checked the Exhaust and Ensure it isn't Clogged with Carbon. Thanks.

The Above was My Response Requesting the Model Numbers. I Really Require the Model Numbers. I am Waiting to Heard from Victa and Briggs Concerning this Engine. Thanks.
