Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Homelite UT08570 Backpacker Blower, fuel mix, model numbers

Question
My blower mran fine then started to surge . I drained the tank and filled it with fresh gas mixed according to the manual. If this is a carburetor problem can you tell me what the Manufacturer and model number is in case I have to rebuild the carb.

 Well at Least its Running. My Dad Told me he has Started Using the Fuel Injector Cleaner from Dollar General or Family Dollar. He Mixes 1/2 Bottle to 5 Gallons of Gas. Then he Uses this Gas for All his Equipment. The Measures Out the Proper Gas Into the Fuel Mix Container and Adds the Oil to it. He Read you Question about the Carburetor and Thought it Might be Possible to Run Some Mix in the Blower for a While and Clear Up the Surging. I have Never Tried it, but I think I am. It Would Save a Lot of Time if it Works. Now to the Question; Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Blower, Please. I Located the Numbers Using the Other Post and they are Missing 1 Number. The Model Numbers I have from you Other Question is 358.79721. Thanks.
