The engine will only run when the choke lever is out, when the engine is reved up the govenor is constanly working.It will not start unless the choke is on, even when the engine is hot. I've replaced the fuelpump, had the carburetor cleaned by a dealer, new plugs and fuel filter, new fuel lines. Any suggestions.... Thanks

1- Check the Plug Gap. 2- Check for a Cracked Intake Manifold or Gasket Sucking Air. 3- Check the Valve Lash. This Sounds like the Carburetor Wasn't Cleaned Properly. However, if the Manifold is Cracked or there is a Gasket Leaking, this will Happen. What is the Compression? Is the Head Gasket Leaking?
