 Hello Chip:

 There are Several Different Types of Recoil Starters and it would take me About 2 Hours to Explain each One. That is the Reason for Asking for the Model Numbers Off of the Engine. With the Model Numbers I can Locate and View a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Recoil Starter and Give you the Proper Trick(Instructions) for Easily Installing the Recoil Spring. Thanks.
