Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Tecumseh 9hp enigne idle, comet torque converter, throttle plate

Question
I have a tecumseh 9 hp on a go-kart.  It is a OHM90, and also had the numbers 222302A, and family YTPXS.3182AA.  My problem is I think I have thrown off the idle adjustment and can't get it to respond to a lower idle.  Can you tell me exactly what screw is the idle adjustment, and maybe also how to adjust the governor to make sure it is right?  It uses a comet torque converter 44 series, and the idle is high enough that the drive half of the clutch opens and starts driving the belt as soon as it starts.  I can only find general manuals on the tecumseh site, and nothing specific enough to tell me the correct way to adjust the idle.

thanks for any help!

Answer
 Hello Nelson:

Have you had the Governor Arm Loosened from the Governor Shaft? To Locate the Idle Screw; Follow the Solid Linkage from the Governor Arm to the Carburetor Throttle Plate. The Idle Screw Moves this Plate and Adjusts the Idle. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
