Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): carb setting, air mixture, initial settings

Question
Leaf blower; Sears 25cc; Model 358.797550 with
Zima carb.
I can't start the engine. Carb adjusting screws
have been changed and limiter caps removed.
Can you advise me what the initial settings high and low jet should be to start the engine.
I have tried with both 1 1/2 turns open without success. I gave up because I didn't have any idea if it was even close.
Previously the engine was stalling. Problem traced to clogged spark screen.
Can't start engine after carb adjustment was fooled with.
Thanks!

Answer
 Hello Don:

When you Set the Air Mixture Screws to 1 1/2 from Snug. You Hold the Throttle Full Open to Start the Blower. Then Set the High Air Mixture Screw so the Engine is Reving Properly. Then Set the Low Air Mixture Screw so there is no Hesitation when Throttling from Idle to Full Throttle. Then Set the Idle if Required. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Asistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
