Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): DLX yardman wont run, briggs stratton, gas hose

MY DLX WON'T RUN IT HAS A BRIGGS & STRATTON 25 HP. IT'S FIRING AND PUMPING GAS(I TOOK THE GAS HOSE APART AND BUMPED THE MOTOR AND IT'S PUTTING OUT GAS) BUT IT WON'T STAY RUNNING. WHEN I TOOK THE GAS HOSE APART AND LET IT MANUAL RUN DOWN THE CARB IT WOULD RUN FOR A MINUTE OR SO THEN CUT OFF AGAIN.

 Hello Dash:

 Check for Trash in the Tank. Check the Gas Tank Cap and Ensure it is Venting the Tank Properly. The Carburator May need Cleaning and Rebuilding. Send me the Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps.
