Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): poulan leaf blower will not run, father inlaw, leaf blower

Question
My father inlaw has a poulon pro 432 leaf blower that he could not get to run. He poured a small amount of gas in the carb and bingo it run but would not stay running. after he pulled the air filter off I noticed the fuel line was just laying there attached to nothing we then pulled out his manual and to no avail the book failed to show any routing of the fuel line there appeared to be a small proteusion beside the carburetor and we tried hooking the line to it but that didn't make any difference I know the line has to run into the fuel tank someplace but i'm just not sure where I looked at some current models available and you can physically see the fuel line and filter in the tank the new models all have the gas cap on the side ours has the cap in the back

Answer
 Hello Stephen:

Look for Some Model Numbers on the Blower, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL of this Blower and Better Assist you. The Closest I could Find was a BP400. You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Blower at this addy http://www.poulan.com/manuals_search.asp and Click on Download Manuals on the Lower Right Section. Then Enter the Model Numbers. This should bring up a Selection of Manuals for you to View. Select the Parts Manual. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck
