Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): 6000 Watt Propane Generator Starting Problem, propane generator, regulator problem

Question
The information that I could find is as follow:  Generator Manufacturer: DuroPower (Dexin International) Engine Model: JF390LPG, Engine Seriel #: 39006R270141.  There is another sticker on the engine with general maintenance/service information.  On this tag, there is another number: 060302101.  I'm not sure if this means anything, but I thought I would add it.

Thanks for your help.

Question -
I've recently purchased a Duropower Propane Generator (w/o electric start).  I can't get it to start.  I've checked the spark plug - fine.  The valves seem to be functioning properly as I can hear gas leaving the cylinder when I press the start button.

It will try to start, but never completely turns over.  I'm working with the vendor, but they are slow to respond.  Hoping this is just something I can trouble shoot without having to send it back.

I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Bill

Answer -
 Hello Bill:

It May be something Simple. Send me the Make and All the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown/IPL of the Engine and Better Assist you. Thanks.

 Respectfully

 John

Answer
 Hello Bill:

Dexin International has a Web Page for Support. They Dont have a Breakdown of the Generator or the Engine and My Manuals are Not Up to Date for your Generator. From your Description it Sounds like a Pressure Regulator Problem for the Propane. Sorry I couldnt be of more Assistance. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
