Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): MTD rider poor start + stalls, carburator, yard machines

Question
I have a 1997 Yard Machines rider with a twin cylinder 18.5 B&S. It has not been used in a while. I put dry gas and fresh gas in tank. I drained some gas from line. The motor starts with starting fluid but quits soon after. It looks like gas is getting in but maybe i have to double check.
Any ideas?
Does it have a fuel pump?

Answer
 Hello Paul:

Remove the Carburator and Clean and Rebuild it. The Pump is Part of the Carburator. Send me the Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown/Illustrated Parts List and Better Assist you. Hopw this Helps. I am here if you Require more assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
