Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): replace transmission fan belt, toro wheel horse, transmission belt

Question
I have a toro/wheel horse 14-38 hxl automatic transmission. model 71193 serial 6903803..confused owners manual does not give info on how to change the hydro transaxle transmission belt says to contact dealer.

just changed the cutting deck belt with info from owners manual was torro part number 88-6250

...transmission belt do you have any advice  torro part number 88-6280 on this machine

 You can go to this Addy https://lookup2.toro.com/request/request.cfm and Enter your Model Numbers and Serial Numbers and then Download a Demystification Guide like the Shop Uses. I am told by Toro that a Diagram of the Belt Routings for the Whole Mower is in this Manual. Manual Number 492-4509. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance.
