Answer
 Hello Derek:

Mountianeer or Marshall Fan? :-) You can View the Engine and Should be Able to get the Parts you Require from this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/and Click on the T. Then Select Tecumseh. Then Select Dont have Part Numbers. Then Enter the Model Numbers of the Engine. You can Call Michelle at 205-669-2500 for Prices and Shipping of Parts you May want to Order. You can Increase the Engine RPM's by Shortening the Governor Control Spring. Dont Over Do it. Too Short and the Engine will Over Rev. I Suggest 3200RPM's to 3600RPM Maximum. There are Several Sites that Cater to Cart Racers. In the Search box of your IE enter Go-Cart Racing Lawn Mower Engines and you will see a list of Sites that can Give More Technical Advice. Hope this Helps. BTW Im in WV also. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
