Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): pulan lawnmower (tractor), carburator, seat safety

Question
My pulan is two years old and resently when starting the mower it starts but, when I release the clutch it stalls. Or, when I put the blade on it stalls. Do you know the answer to this?

 Hello Richard:

 If the Engine is Stalling Like you have Turned Off the Switch, then Jumper the Seat Safety Switch. If it is Stalling like a Loss of Fuel, then the Carburator May need Cleaning and Rebuilt. If this is the Case, then the Carburator Main Jet is Restricted enough to Allow the Engine to Run with No Load but Cant Pull Enough Gas through to Run Under a Load. Hope this Helps.
