Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): toro riding mower, briggs and stratton, toro wheelhorse

here we go i have a toro wheelhorse 8-25 riding mower briggs and stratton 8 hp

wires have been spliced in several places by previous owner i have narrowed down if i unplug coil will start if i plug up doesnt get any spark
i really need a manual but cant find one on toro site or bs

help

 Try this Addy http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Click Parts Look Up. Then Select the OEM and Enter the Model Numbers. Then Double Click on your Model in the Search Results Area. This will Bring up an Illustrated Parts List for you to View Online. If this Addy Doesnt work, then Send me the Model Numbers and i May be Able to Locate a Breakdown for you. From your Description it Sounds like a Safety Switch is Bad. Jumper the Seat Safety Switch first and then the Transaxle Safety, Blade Safety and Fnally the Clutch Safety. Hope this Helps.
