Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro belt replace, type numbers, model numbers

Question
Hi just bot a used Toro 21 inch selfpropelled but IT DONT PROPELL teehee.
I assume the belt is stretched.
I removed cover
I can see belt
How do I get it off the other end
around the shaft?

 The Belt is Removed from Under the Mower. Send me the Model and Type Numbers Off of the Mower and Engine, Please. With these Numbers I May be Able to Locate a Breakdown that you can View Online. This Breakdown will Assist you in this Repair. You can Try this Addy http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Click on the Parts Look Up. Then Select the OEM(Toro) and Enter the Model Numbers Off of the Mower and Search. Double Click your Model in the Search Results Area. This will Download a Breakdown for this Mower. Hope this Helps.
