Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Craftsman 2.0 Hp tiller with tecumseh engine, starter rope, fly wheel

Question
The model number on the engine is 143.002070 2283CA I am putting together the blower housing on and I had to previously try to remove the fly wheel and I think I put the springs that are attached to the flywheel wrong becase I can not put the blower housing on. Please help me with at least a picture on how it is done.

 Are the Starter Pawls being Held in Towards the Crankshaft? If Yes, then the Springs are Installed Properly. You have to Pull the Starter Rope and Work the Starter Catch Between the Pawls and the Crankshaft. A Breakdown of this Engine can be Viewed at this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ and Select the T. Then Select the Tecumseh. Then Select Dont have Part Numbers.
