Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): tecumseh engine, oil plug, carburator

i have a rally riding lawn mower it has a tecumseh engine ovh125-203009a i was wondering what the magneto gap is and also where can i get a repair or owners manual for the mower. It was just given to me by a friend that didn't have any idea on how to fix it it's in pretty good shape just can't get it to start it's been setting for about a year i think and i did all the mantince stuff that i could think of (oil,plug,belt,battery,carb,filters..ect..)and i checked,cleaned, and replaced all the wires that i seen, i would be greatful of  your help thanks

 The Gap is .020in. You can get the Manuals from Several Sources. Try this Addy http://www.outdoordistributors.com/ or you can call Michelle @ 205-669-2500. Are you trying to get this Running? Tell me what is Happening when you try to Start the Engine, Please. If it has been Sitting for a Year, then the Carburator needs to be Cleaned and Rebuilt. Check the Spark Plug for Fire. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower and I can Locate a Breakdown of the Mower also. Thanks.
