Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): fuel mixture, post hole digger, fuel mixture

for Tecumseh 3 hp 2 cycle engine.  this is on a Post hole digger.  thanks

 Hello Stan:

 Turn Both Mixture Screws Clockwise Until Seated **DO NOT JAM**SNUG ONLY** then Turn them Counter Clockwise 1 1/2 Turns. Hold the Throttle Full Open and Start the Engine. Turn the High Mixture Screw Clockwise 1/4 Turn Until the Engine Revs Out, then Turn Counter Clockwise 1/4 Turn. Let the Engine Idle. Adjust the Low Mixture Screw Until the Engine Revs from Idle to Full Throttle without Hesitation. Then Set the Idle. Hope this Helps. I am here to help if you Require more Assistance.
