Answer
 Hello Allen:

When you Cleaned the Carburator, did you Blow Out the Passages with Compressed Air? I suggest that Carburators be Soaked Overnight (not the Plastic one) and then Blow out All the Passages With Compressed Air. If the Fuel Mix was Left in the Carburator for more than 30 Days, then the Carburator is Really Gummed Up inside and the Soak will Release this Gum. Hope this Helps. I am here if you Require more Assistance. Let me know what Happens, Please.
I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
