 Go to this Addy http://www.smallenginepartswarehouse.com/parts.asp and Click on Parts look Up. On the Look Up Page Enter the Model Number CH23S-76535 and Click Search. Then Double Click on the Model in the Search Results Area. Then Select Engine Controls. Did you have the Governor Control Arm Loose from the Governor Shaft?
