Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Carberator adjustment, starter fluid, watt generator

Question
Hi John:

Thanks for your help.  There is nothing on the engine that says Serial number.  But there is a sticker with the following number on it:
ECO4ER-9Y-541309.  I think this is it as I found the 541309 also stamped on the body of the engine.

In addition to the engine the generator has the following information:
Ultimite
model number: PMG201102
Nr. 89460512

Thanks again.
John

Coleman Ultimite 1100-Watt Generator PMG201102

I know this is not lawn equipment but I don't know where else to turn.  Coleman was of no help.

I'm having trouble with the carberator on this Robins Subaru engine (Engine family no: SFNO 40 ub24ra {0r perhaps I have the o's and zeros backwards.  Maybe it is SNF 04 O ub24ra).  I left gas in it over the winter and I do not seem to be able to get proper fule flow through the
carb.  the engine will start for a few seconds if I spray starter fluid into
the carb.  I now have fuel flowing into the bowl but that is as far as I
can tell.  Do you have access to instructions (or just expert advice) on how to dismantle this carb so I might clean it, and put it back together properly?

Thanks so much.
John

 Hello John:

I Require the Serial Number to Look up a Breakdown for this Generator. Thanks.

Answer
 Hello John:

Go to this Addy http://www.robinamerica.com/manuals/engMans.lasso# and Scroll Down to the EC04 Model. Then Click on the Service Manual. In the Window that Pops Up, Left Click on the Area Right Click to Download. This is Supposed to be a Complete File of the Service and Parts Manual for this Engne. A Breakdown of the Carburator should be in this File when the Download is Complete. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
