Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): New-er Snapper Lawn Mower cuts into yard, snapper lawn mower, lawn mower cuts

Question
Hello,

I have a Snapper model 301223BVE.  The lawn mower works fine, but everytime I make a turn, the lawn mower cuts into my yard.  I've already replaced the blade. I've tried operating at different speeds, and it's the same thing every time.  When I just cut straight, it works perfectly and cuts and the correct level, but when I make a turn, it digs into the ground.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric

Answer
 Hello Eric:

You can View a Breakdown of the Mower at this Addy http://www.partstree.net/parts.asp Click on Parts Look Up. Then Select OEM (Snapper). Then Enter the Model Number. In the Search Results, Double Click on the Model. This will take you to the Illustrated Parts Breakdown. Is the Mower Leaning and Causing the Deck to Dig? Are the Tires Properly Inflated? Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
