bought  this mower in 97, has been almost trouble free. the problem is that the mower will not move when put in gear. the manual says tighten the ajustment belt, but dosen't tell how to do this, or where it's at.

 I am Not Aware of a Belt Adjustment on this Model Mower and the Breakdown Doesnt Show an Adjustment. Have you Checked the Piviot Arm for the Clutch and the Clutch Spring?
