Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): lawn mower wont start, lawn mower wont start, carburator

Question
the other week i was using a craftsman 20" mulcher mower when it randomly quit working. i checked the oil and it is fine. the gas is full. the only time the lawn mower will start is when i push the charge button about 5 to 10 times and then pull the rope or cord, but it has to be one smooth rythme though. what can possibly be wrong? i thank you for the time and help

Answer
 Hello Mike:

From your Description it sounds like the Carburator has Picked up Trash/Water. Clean and Rebuild the Carburator. Send me the Make, Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can Locate a Breakdown that will Assist you in this Repair. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. I enjoy knowing the Outcome. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
