Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Murry Engine Idle, bob williams, throttle cable

Question
The engine idle is set low and needs adjusting. When I move the throttle to full I get very litle change in engine speed. Isn't there a simple adjustment to take care of the problem. The mower has been working great until this last mowing.Please advise where I can maybe look at a drawing to make the changes. Murry 22" 5.0 Modle # 3704302

 Send me the Make, Model, Type and Code Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these Numbers I can View a Breakdown of the Engine and Better Assist you.
