i have an electric start yardworks push mower,the electric start works but i can`t get the re coil to engage for manual starting. how do you engage it.

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Engine, Please. With these I can View a Breakdown of the Engine and the Recoil Starter and Better Assist you. If the Recoil Starter hasnt been Used in a While, the Paws May be Frozen/Stuck and Not Engaging the Starter Bell(depends on the model numbers).  Thanks.
