Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Coleman Powerbase 5000 Generator with B&S 10-HP Engine, leak location, hp engine

Question
Two questions concerning my Coleman Powerbase 5000 Generator (or more specifically, about it's B&S engine: Model 196412, Type 1180 E2, Code 990325 YD).

First, I inadvertently knocked the "S"-shaped link-throttle off which connects the Governor Control lever and the Linkage lever.  Both levers have 2 holes labelled 19 and 25.  Do you know which holes the "S"-shaped link-throttle should go into?

I knocked the "S"-shaped link off when I was inspecting an oil leak that occurred while I was running the generator.  It seem to be coming from where the Crank-Governor comes out of the engine.  I was planning on taking it in to be fixed, but was curious if you had any thoughts on the leak location.  The generator had been running fine for about 3 days when the leak suddenly occurred.

Thank you.

Answer
 Hello Jon:

If I Understand Correctly, the S Link goes in the Top Hole on the Governor Control Arm and On the Throttle Control Lever. It is Possible the O-ring Around the Governor Shaft is Leaking the Oil. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully

 John
