Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): snapper ground wire, self propelled lawn mower, model numbers

Question
My son, knocked off a white wire from my Snapper self propelled lawn mower and now it will not start.  It is one single white wire that is attached to the frame of the mower, however it is not connected to anything on the other end.

I need help in locating where to attach the end of the wire.  Thanks

 Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower and the Engine, Please. Wiring is Different Depending on the Model of the Mower and the Engine. With the Numbers I can View a Breakdown of the Mower and the Engine and Better Assist you. Thanks.
