Question -
I have a problem with my lawn mower, craftmans 7.0 HP mower and mulcher. Every 7 or 8 months it won't start. I have taken it back to Sears for repair 5 or 6 times in 3years for the same problem. What is cause it not to start?

Answer -
 Hello Steve:

The Most Common Problem is the Carburator. The Next Time it Wont Start, Do a Diagmostic as Follows. Check for Fire at the Spark Plug. If the Plug is Firing, then Try to Start the Engine with Starter Fluid. If it Starts and Quits, then the Carburator is the Problem. Send me the Model Numbers Off of the Mower and the Engine, Please. With these I can View a Breakdown of the Mower and the Engine and Better Assist you. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please.Thanks.

Answer
 Hello Steve:

After Viewing the Breakdown, I am Still Suggesting the Carburator. Do you use any Gas Stabilizer? If yes, then dont. I have found the Stabilizer Damages the Gaskets Inside the Carburator. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck
