Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Ryobi 790r - wont rev & no power, reed valve, zero power

Question
John - Thanks for the advice - past answers really help on small engine repair. My 790r cranks fairly easy on choke, dies frequently. Even when warmed up, give it gas and it dies and has zero power. Sounds like it floods. Carb taken apart- apeared perfect and cleaned, plug new, new lines and filters, and different gas. Tried various settings on carb adjustment w/no luck. Reversed reed valve to insure snug fit.Hardley no wear on cylinder wall. No changes with anything I've checked- Please advise and thank you!

Answer
 Hello Greg:

Have you Checked the Exhaust Port for Carbon Blockage? Check the Muffler and Spark Arrestor Screen for Blockage. The Spark Arrestor Screen is Located in the Muffler. Hope this Helps. Let me know what Happens, Please. Thanks.

 Good Luck

 Respectfully
