hi chris
i am a disable army vet. mechanic for 24 years on small engines to tanks m1. started working on small engies weedeaters to rider mowers.need help finding web.sites to down load to help me find out more on repairs, i do not have any manuals now but have alot of work to do. if you can help out tell me where to go. having a problem on a sears engine with the linkage throttle where it is hooked up did not have a carbuator on it the engine # 143955018 the dom # is 50340.

Sorry I don't know any websites that show good details. Go to the sears one so you get an idea how it goes. The throttle link goes in the top hole of the governor arm. The other side hooks into the hole on the butterfly that is closest the the engine, and the most forward. the other link hooks below that one. With the spring hook into the the control plate above the carb.. GOOD LUCK
