Mr. Bridges...

   My newly purchased trimmer's starter rope will no longer retract or recoil.  Of course, I don't have the receipt and want to fix it myself, can you advise further?  Thanks!!!  Jay Myers

 Send me the Serial Numbers in a Followup Question, Please. I can then get you an Online Diagram to follow and you can Rewind the Spring and Rope or Replace the Spring if Required. I can then give Instructions on How to Do the Repair. Thanks.
